The 1040 square foot cement floor studio measures 26' x 40' was constructed to provide space for an industrial style home workshop.  It is outfitted with 110V and 220V outlets, high ceilings, and flush mounted lighting to provide the optimum workshop atmosphere.  The room also has an optimum view of the back yard and a magnificent view of the lake.
