Pool Room

The 20x40 foot 30,000 gallon indoor pool is loaded with conveniences and safety features.  A custom made heated tile apron and walls give the pool room a warm cozy feel as well as providing ease of maintenance.  The triple paned fog free Pella low-E windows allow a majestic view of the lake as well as the game room and the exercise room.  The pool room itself is constructed with three different types of insulation that keep the pool environment where it should be.  The room is controlled by multiple high tech systems, including a Dryotron system, that are all integrated into a single user interface for ease of use.  There are several systems in place to keep your children safe and out of the room if you are not home.  The first of which is an independent alarm zone specifically dedicated to the pool room.  The next system is electronically controlled door locks that can be locked individually or all at once.  The third is an electronically lockable motorized safety cover that will support the weight of an adult.  With these systems in place you can enjoy all of the conveniences of owning a pool without any of the concerns.
